Investor Readiness Programme: Company Valuations and Deal StructuresStart date: 4 June 2008 Time: 4:30pm registration for a 5pm start You've convinced an investor that your proposition is worth investing in - but what next? There's still a lot of work to do before the deal is signed and sealed. Designed for young technology companies, this workshop will let you in on a few secrets... This workshop, which is part of our Investor Readiness Programme, will highlight the main considerations when negotiating with an investor. How will your company be ranked? What return will an investor seek and how quickly? What are ratchets? You will learn about investment and shareholder agreements, articles of association and service contracts, as well as the types of equity finance and the personal implications of an investment. This is your opportunity to learn from two people who do this for a living!
