Partnership Investment Finance (PIF)
Partnership Investment Finance ('PIF') is a £37 million fund for Yorkshire, The Humber, and North Lincolnshire, which has been established to enable small and medium sized businesses (SMEs) and social enterprises access to gap funding by way of equity or loan finance.

South Yorkshire Investment Fund (SYIF)
South Yorkshire Investment Fund offers finance packages tailored to business's individual needs. We also offer access to business mentors and a network of private investors.

Viking Fund
The £5m Viking Fund is a Yorkshire-wide, co-investment venture capital fund. It has been set up with UK government capital, under the DTI/Small Business Service's Early Growth Fund. It provides early-stage risk capital to match - on the same terms - that invested by business angels or other private sector investors.

White Rose Technology Seedcorn Fund
The White Rose Technology Seedcorn Fund is an early stage seedcorn fund, which invests in exciting new technology emerging from the Universities of York, Leeds and Sheffield.

Small Firms Loan Guarantee
The Small Firms Loan Guarantee (SFLG) is a joint venture between the Small Business Service (SBS) of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and a number of participating lenders.

Yorkshire Concept
The Yorkshire Concept Fund was set up as a £600,000 pilot by the Universities of Bradford, Hull and Sheffield Hallam in 2004/5 funded through the Higher Education Innovation Fund. The aim of the Fund being to drive up the number of quality commercialisation proposals from the universities, and by doing so help improve the on going cultural change within higher education to increase awareness of, and the opportunities available to work with businesses in creating new wealth and productivity in the region.
